Kappa Law is a law firm with a significant presence in all forums in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi.
The firm has two founding partners, Dhananjay Sahai and Karan Mamgain, six experienced Advocates, and a pan-India network of local counsels to support litigations outside the NCR. The firm has recently opened regional offices in Jammu and Srinagar. Through its network of specialist counsels and law firms, Kappa Law also facilitates transactions and compliance-related advice and support for its clients. Dhananjay Sahai and Karan Mamgain have extensive experience assisting senior counsels in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals.
